Gymnastics!

This class takes place over the following dates: 11/28, 11/30, 12/5, 12/7, 12/11, 12/12, 12/19, 12/21.   (Note:  12/11 is a Monday)

Gymnastics! (ages 5 – 12)

Few sports require a total muscular workout. Gymnastics is one of them. Students will be challenged to put their bodies in all different shapes, sizes, and directions. Of course, at their own level of discretion with proper supervision! SAFETY will be overly stressed at all times! The goal for this unit is for your child to create their own gymnastics routine. Hence, the need for creativity will be highlighted. Students will use their imagination to put together several different combinations of skills. People think older students dislike gymnastics. This is simply false! Older students will enjoy being challenged to create very complex routines that change speed, have smooth transitions between skills in minimal time, and that exhibit good overall flow. Younger students will not need much, if any coercing. Their innate energy will be on full display in this kid favorite!
