For Fall 2024, Snapology will be offering Robotics for Grades K-2 and Mega-Machine Robotics for Grades 3-6 at the Purcellville Baptist Church location of Open Air. These classes will take place in separate classrooms in order to accomodate more students this year, with a max of 20 students per class.
Snapology Robotics (Kindergarten- Second)
In this robotics program, your little engineer will explore the world of robotics as they build models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design. During this class we will build a wide variety of models that go with the seasons! They will have so much fun watching their creations come to life!
Snapology Mega Machine Robotics (Third- Sixth)
In this machinery-focused robotics program, your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while building some pretty spectacular vehicles with their classmates! While working with a partner to complete various challenges, your student will be taught how to effectively utilize sensors, how different mechanical components work in their robots, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with just a little practice. We will support them in the development of their coding and building skills and inspire them with creative building challenges.
